When Temasek Holdings was losing revenue Ching step up to the contest to bring the company back on their feet. She did non focus on the company but also expanding the companys potential. She has the power to influence because she started from the bottom and rose to proceed the CEO. In her influential speech, she has disclosed the companys yearly report proving the employees and to the public that the companys accomplishment is changing for the better and the results from the workers achievements.According to a preceding class in Phoenix, Accounting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) provides company annual reports to the public, but in some part of Asia these information are not public.
